How does our booking process work?

Planning your event with Ravello’s Coffee Cart is simple and seamless! Here's how it works from inquiry to event day:

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry

Fill out our contact form with event details (date, time, location, guest count, etc). We’ll typically respond within 2-3 hours to confirm availability and provide initial pricing options (via email).

Step 2: Customization & Quote

We’ll work with you to tailor a drink menu to fit your event—espresso favorites, specialty lattes, and more. You’ll receive a customized quote with any add-ons or special requests included. Event branding may be included, but will be an additional charge (CUSTOM PACKAGE).

Step 3: Booking Confirmation

To reserve your date, we’ll send an official invoice and require a 50% deposit. Once these are completed, your event will officially be on our calendar! (If event is less than two weeks away from initial quote, full payment is required at time of invoice.)

Step 4: Final Check-In

One week before your event, we’ll touch base to confirm logistics, such as exact setup location and event expectations. This is the time to finalize guest counts or last-minute changes. The remaining balance will be due at this time.

Step 5: Event Day – Sit Back & Enjoy!

Our team will arrive around 1 hour early to set up and ensure everything is perfect. We’ll serve your guests with exceptional drinks, friendly service, and a smile. After the event, we’ll pack up and leave the space just as we found it—no hassle, just great coffee and happy memories! We are so excited to serve you!
